Discover the secrets of fondant and ganache, and learn how to achieve a smooth cake finish ready for decorating in our Fondant Cake Decorating Course.
You will also discover some creative tips and skills for achieving a professional finish using low-cost tools and equipment found in most kitchens. Once you have learned how to apply rolled fondant, you will get creative by sculpting some flower and leaf decorations to add to your cake.
All ingredients, “naked” cakes, tools and a take-home cake box are included in the course fee.
