Under the guidance of our expert pasta tutor, you’ll transform that dough into delicate parcels of spinach and ricotta-filled ravioli, learning the hands-on techniques that make homemade pasta so satisfying. You’ll also explore the many possible variations, with plenty of tips and ideas to inspire your own creations at home.
To finish, your ravioli will be cooked and served in a simple but elegant sage and butter sauce, topped with a generous sprinkle of Parmigiano Reggiano. The perfect way to enjoy the fruits of your labour!
