Disengage your mind from the busyness and distractions of everyday life. Silent retreats offer the opportunity to reset and recharge.  

On each retreat you will be guided through three meditation sessions of 30 minutes, with silence in the breaks and a library to engage in some reflective reading.

These retreats are led by qualified Buddhist teachers.

Retreat Fee

$40. For KMC Sydney Members, the fee is included in your membership and each session will be livestreamed.
